Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Unfortunately, the new price increases will have us going elsewhere. We used you for years (numerous cars) and were willing to pay a premium for in/out service, but there are just too many other options & OC specials that have not gone up elsewhere ($65 & under full synthetic is pretty common). It’s also annoying having to pay an extra fee for the convenience and loyalty of getting an oil change at your affiliated garage.

Very disappointing experience with one of the workers “Brian”. While I was there, I witnessed Brian speaking to one of his coworkers with a nasty, disrespectful attitude. He also had a filthy mouth, using inappropriate language that customers should never have to hear. It created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. The rest of the staff, however, were nice, respectful, and appeared to be doing their best to keep the situation calm and professional despite Brian’s behavior. They handled themselves well under difficult circumstances. I hope management Mrs Christina, addresses this issue because one employee’s behavior shouldn’t overshadow the professionalism of the rest of the team.

They've definitely found a repeat customer, I couldn't be more impressed and happy with the service. While waiting in line, the gentleman went around and pumped up all of my tires and then when I pulled into the bay, he asked if it would be ok if he vacuumed my car while I waited. Not only were they very thorough and quick at their job, they were very courteous and everyone worked as a team! Very impressive family owned company and I'm here for it and I'll be back!!

Went in for an oil change. They worked on my car as soon as I parked and got me out within 20min. Compared to the dealerships, this felt like a Nascar pit stop lol. Fast service and professional team. Will come back for future services!

We were traveling, from out of state and had a very hard to get to headlight out. They were great! Had the bulb in stock, changed it no problem. We decided to get our oil changed, did a great job with that. Even vacuumed the car!! Highly recommend!
